Christopher Kane releases 'Beauty and the Beast'-inspired collection
British designer Christopher Kane has created a capsule collection inspired by "Beauty and the Beast."
The limited edition collection of women's and men's ready-to-wear pieces features a color palette of yellow and fairy blue, taken from the Beast's castle interior, while the rose is made into a recurring motif throughout, be it as a photographic organza applique on tulle, over a lace dress, as embroidery or a print on T-shirts and sweatshirts.
The collection is also the result of a collaboration between Disney and sustainable brand consultancy Eco-Age for ethical sourcing and organic materials.
The collection is currently available in stores and online.
