Christine Kuo sticks to "Tiger baby" plan
26 Apr – Hong Kong actress Christine Kuo is not at all pressured by the fact that her three best friends - Leanne Li, Linda Chung, and Eliza Sam have now become mothers.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who was the last among their group of friends to tie the knot, shared that neither she nor her other BFF Grace Wong are in competition to be the next one to get pregnant.
"I don't know what Grace's plans are, but I intend to have a baby in two or three years' time. Like I said, my husband wants a "Tiger" baby," she said, referring to the Chinese zodiac.
Christine also stated that she has continued to work after their wedding in October last year, and has no plans to reduce her projects anytime soon.
"I think women need to have their own career. There should be a work-family balance," she said.
On the other hand, when asked about Aaron Kwok, who recently welcomed another baby girl, Christine - who was once romantically linked to the actor expressed, "I would like to congratulate him. I hope the baby is healthy and cute."
