During the final Joe Biden-Kamala Harris rally in Philadelphia last night, November 2nd, Chrissy Teigen made her first public appearance since losing her unborn child Jack in late September. Teigen joined her husband John Legend onstage at the rally ahead of Election Day before Legend performed his songs "Never Break," "Wake Up Everybody," and "Glory," which he sang alongside Common.

"I want to send a shoutout, actually, could you come on stage, baby?" Legend asked Teigen while sat at the piano onstage. "I want you guys to see my wife is here and my daughter, Luna's, here. My son, Miles, is here. We're teaching our young people early that they've got to participate in our democracy. We're here to save democracy. "

Teigen's mother Vilailuck also joined her family onstage as Teigen greeted everyone with a quick "Hi, everyone!"

Teigen has slowly but surely been coming back into the mainstream after going dark following her loss. On November 1st, Teigen debuted a new tattoo honoring Jack on Twitter after announcing she and Legend would be going out on a much-needed date night.

Before launching into "Never Break," Legend told the crowd, "I wrote this song as a tribute to our relationship and the fact that love can get us through all kinds of tough times. We know that the whole nation's going through tough times right now."

Legend also noted that Biden has suffered his own grief, having lost his son Beau in 2015, and that loss has proven that Biden is "resilient," Legend said, adding that "he has empathy, that he understands what it's like to experience serious pain, and he's able to lead this country out of serious dark time in our history."
