Chrissie Chau honoured to be a part of "All's Well, Ends Well"

21 Jan – Chrissie Chau recently admitted that she is excited to be joining the "All's Well Ends Well" family, having been a big fan of the Lunar New Year franchise for a long time.

As reported on ETNET, the actress, who will play a con artist in the latest instalment of the comedy movie, stated that her favourite couple from the previous films would be Stephen Chow and Maggie Cheung from the first film, released in 1992.

"I love the Eiffel Tower kiss. I also like Leslie Cheung and Teresa Mo's pairing [in the same film], especially Teresa's boyish character who then becomes a very feminine woman," she said.

As to whether she feels pressured to star in the 2020 instalment and be compared to the lead actresses of previous instalments, Chrissie said that she is not worried at all as she is not playing a funny character.

"I am only responsible for the action stuff. Director Raymond Wong described my character as a cool woman with few dialogues. I am so proud as I never played such a role," she added.

Aside from Raymond and Chrissie, the upcoming movie co-stars Julian Cheung, Louis Cheung, and Dada Chan.
