Watch Chris Pratt Draw an Amazing Dinosaur Portrait

Chris Pratt is a funny dude — onscreen and in real life — but when it comes to his art, he’s one deadly serious dude. That much we found out when we broke out the easel and asked the 35-year-old Pratt and his Jurassic World colleagues to draw us their best dinosaurs, which you can watch in the video above.

Pratt, who plays raptor trainer Owen Grady in the movie, hardly uttered a word as he went to town sketching a classic T. Rex amid some carnage, and throwing in a lurking brontosaurus in the background for scale. If you look closely, you might even see the Rex’s naughty bits:

Also impressive were the works of Pratt’s Jurassic director, Colin Treverrow  and co-stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Nick Robinson, and Ty Simpkins. Howard, especially, spent a deliberate amount of time making sure her Apatosaurus (formerly known as the Brontosaurus) was fully colored in, so points for that:

Not the least impressive? My version of the Apatosaurus, below. But somebody had to lose this contest:

Jurassic World opens Friday.
