It's like a dream come true.

Chip and Joanna Gaines announced today that they are launching a new line that will be sold exclusively at Target in collaboration with their brand Magnolia. The line, which will be called Hearth & Hand with Magnolia, will be in stores and online on November 5 and feature over 300 tabletop, home décor and giftable pieces-most of which will be under $30.

While this will be Chip and Joanna's first exclusive line of products for a retailer, Chip also wrote in a post on their blog that this will be a first for Target.

"Let me try to give you a visual," Chip writes. "It's like a little shop inside of Target. Jo keeps calling the look 'modern farmhouse,' whatever that means. All I know is she's so excited about this collection that she wants to register for our wedding all over again."

Us too, Jo, us too.

Unlike other collections Target has released, this new Magnolia line will last multiple years and will be refreshed each season, according to a press release.

If you can't wait to see the collection, Target revealed a sneak peek of a few items, including these adorable house-shaped vases and striped napkins. They also confirmed that all prices will range from $.99 to $129, but most will be under $30.

Chip also wrote in the blog announcement that they were approached by "one major retailer after another" about creating an exclusive line, they ultimately partnered with Target because they "found them to be the gold-standard when it comes to generosity and giving."

With that in mind, the new line will be built upon both Magnolia and Target's commitment to giving back to their communities. To kick off this new partnership, Joanna is already working on designs to update the community dining room at Target House, a free home away from home for families with kids being treated at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, just in time for the holidays.
