30 Jun - Hong Kong actress Cherry Ngan is breathing a sigh of relief, now that her relationship with singer-actor Michael Ning is no longer a secret.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who was filming her new movie "Z for Zombie" alongside her new beau recently, stated that she has been looking for opportunities to make the relationship public, and that the media had made it easier for both of them when they published photos of them together recently.
"Now that people have already known, I feel free," she said.
When asked who made the first move in their relationship, Cherry said, "In this modern era, a man doesn't necessarily need to pursue the woman. It can be the other way around."
To this, Michael chimed in, "Of course, it was me. I am still pursuing her every day."
The "Port of Call" star also stated that he is very serious about their relationship, and hoped to show his worth to Cherry's parents.
