Award-winning Chef Ryan Clift, the owner of the famed Tippling Club and Open Farm Community in Singapore has launched his new culinary project in Bali, Grow.
Grow represents the like-minded collaboration between Chef Ryan Clift and L Hotel Seminyak and strives to create a revolutionary food and cocktail concept in Bali. Grow focuses on sustainable, artisanal and bespoke elements through an eclectic menu serving Chef Ryan Clift’s self-titled “Bistronomy” cuisine using only locally-sourced produce and meats.
Bali’s new gastronomic icon will offer an all-day dining experience and a dynamic menu based on available produce, including healthy eating options, lots of greens, rustic handmade pastas, salads and fresh soups.
Grow also features Chef Ryan Clift’s signature cocktail program designed by a world class mixologist for Bali’s unique aura. Several recommendations include the “Kupu-Kupu” which is a tequila based drink with cointreau, lime and rose cordial, the “L’der Flower Collins that is a refreshing gin based drink and the American Triology which is made with rye, calvados and orange bitters.
Based in Singapore since 2008, Ryan conceptualized the now famous Tippling Club, which couples refined progressive cuisine with avant-garde cocktails quickly throwing him into the spotlight of Asia’s bustling gastronomical scene, ranking No 31 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant, 12th on the inaugural Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2016 and named in the Top 20 of The Miele Guide.
Grow is located in the 30-suite L Hotel Seminyak, a quintessential boutique hotel that resonates “polished chic”. Mid March 2017, Grow Up is set to launch on the epic rooftop of L Hotel Seminyak that has an open-air terrace and an alluring sheltered zone seating people around an interactive bar - indeed an exciting next step for Chef Ryan Clift and the Grow team!
