Charlie Sheen’s Former Girlfriend Accuses Him Of Forcing Her To Have An Abortion
A former girlfriend is suing Charlie Sheen claiming that he tried to force her to have an abortion after he failed to tell her about his HIV diagnosis.

The porn actress is suing the Two And A Half Men Star for assault, negligence and emotional distress and says they had sex at least five times before he revealed he was HIV positive.
She says she only found out that he was infected when she discovered medications in his home after which they had a ‘heart to heart’ and decided to continue their relationship.
Brett Scottine claims that Charlie was prone to violent outbursts and ‘choked and hit her’ during their one year relationship in 2014.

She says that after discovering she was pregnant the actor urged her to abort the baby because “he did not want his child to have his blood type (i.e., HIV-Positive).”
The lawsuit, filed in California Superior Court, is the first known legal action against Sheen since her publically admitted he has the disease.
She is seeking an unspecified amount of damages thought to be in the region of $1 million.

His lawyer says that they will “vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action.”
Under Californian law, a person who knowingly exposes another to HIV through unprotected sex must be proved to have had a deliberate intent to infect them.
