Changi Airport's new Japanese food hall to open on 14 November
Japanese food lovers can soon book a ramen date at Changi Airport now that the much-anticipated Japan Gourmet Hall Sora will be opening this month.
The Changi Airport Group (CAG) announced on Wednesday (1 November) via social media platforms that the new eatery will be open to diners on 14 November.
The 300-seater venue will cover 721 square metres of space at Terminal 2, taking over former tenants Seafood Paradise and Fish & Co.. It will feature six eateries under franchise contracts with Japanese restaurants, and will offer dishes such as fresh seafood bowls and okonomiyaki pancakes.

Earlier in August, CAG informed Yahoo Lifestyle Singapore via email saying that this is the first time the CAG has awarded a lease for two units, making it the largest restaurant space within the airport.
Japan Gourmet Hall Sora is a joint venture between SG Retail Pte Ltd and ANA Trading and Komars Group, who are also behind the multi-concept dining enclave, Eat At Seven, at Suntec City.
