Celebrity Big Brother: Producers Are ‘Desperate’ To Get Sarah Harding As A Housemate

While the civilian Big Brother housemates are busy settling into the house, the tasks and the inevitable drama, rumours about who’ll be entering the Celebrity Big Brother house are rumbling on.

The latest reports claim producers are ‘desperate’ to get Girls Aloud’s Sarah Harding signed up, and that she’s been offered a whopping deal to become a housemate.

The singer joins a long list of previously rumoured celebrities, including Helen Flanagan, Michaela McCollumn (part of the ‘Peru Two’), Gogglebox stars Chris Steed and Stephen Webb, plane hijacker photographer Ben Innes and former X Factor contestant Chloe Mafia.

Sources claim Sarah is ‘tempted’ by the offer to appear on the Channel 5 show, but is nervous about being stuck in the house for the series.

An insider told The Sun Online: “Big Brother producers are desperate for Sarah to go into the house.

“They are convinced she will be TV gold and know she could provide amazing gossip on lots of showbiz types, including her former Girls Aloud bandmates. Anything she says about Cheryl and Liam Payne would make amazing viewing.

“She has been offered a lot of money to do it and she is incredibly tempted, but she’s a sensitive character and spending all that time in the mad house that is Big Brother might just be a bit too much for her.

“She is going to make her decision in the next few days and CBB bosses are keeping their fingers crossed that she decides to go for it.”
