Cecilia Choi thankful for compliments on performance in new movie
20 Jan – Although many believe that she has the chance to win Best Actress for her performance in the 2019 movie, "Beyond the Dream", Cecilia Choi stated that she is just happy that her performance was received well by the audience and critics alike.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who made an appearance at an event alongside Jennifer Yu recently, shared that being nominated in the said category would already be a bonus to her, as she doesn't like to think too much about winning an award.
When mentioned that her chemistry with co-star Terrance Lau seemed very real in the said movie, Cecilia admitted that the two of them are currently dating.
"If anyone watches "Beyond the Dream", they will understand how it came into being," she added.
On the other hand, Cecilia revealed that she had just completed filming her second movie, "Drifting", and expressed her happiness that she is blessed with many job opportunities.
