Cecilia Cheung joins "Sisters Who Make Waves 2"
20 Jan – Following speculations that she will be involved in a reality show this year, it was announced that Cecilia Cheung is now part of season two of the reality singing competition, "Sisters Who Make Waves".
As reported on Mingpao, the show recently announced the ten contestants for the first round of the competition on its official Weibo, and revealed that the Hong Kong actress is also part of the line-up, aside from stars like Na Ying, Jennifer Li, Cheng Lisha, and Xuan Dong.
The show also described her as "movie star, hot mum turning off the filter and making her debut".
Cecilia also confirmed the news on Weibo on 19 January with a video of shooting highlights, writing, "Vitality restart. There is nothing I can't do!"
The video featured the actress stepping onto the stage in a gorgeous dress, and confidently announced to the camera, "After "Sisters Who Make Waves", nothing is impossible."
Netizens took to the comments to express their happiness over her participation, cheering the actress to do well on the show.
