Cartier is bringing back its iconic 1973 Must Game bag – its rich burgundy colour that’s highly recognisable as the house’s signature colour today.

In keeping with its time, the new Game bag combines masculine and feminine elements, while assertively displaying Cartier’s signature in an XXL logo.

The logo is both embossed and saddle-stitched, which covers the entire surface of a central medallion that makes the bag instantly recognisable. It is the bag’s distinctive code, along with the ardillon buckle that’s found on the adjustable shoulder strap. Stylised with a ‘C’, it is identical to Cartier’s watch straps.

The 2020 Game bag remains true to the original while being in tune with the times. Its relaxed urban style, monochromatic elegance and androgynous chic clearly capture the spirit of today.

The Must Collection is composed of three models: the game bag and hobo bag in three sizes and the tote bag in one size. There are three bags to choose from in burgundy, black or beige to match their small leather goods: a mini wallet, an international wallet with flap, a simple cardholder and a business cardholder.
