Back in November, country star Carrie Underwood was hospitalized after a scary fall on the steps outside her home. And judging by one of her latest Instagram posts, it looks like she’s still taking the time she needs to recover.

On February 23, Underwood and her husband, hockey player Mike Fisher, posted a photo to support the “End It Movement,” which pushes to end modern-day slavery around the world. “Together, we’re in it to end it! Help us shine a light on modern day slavery,” she wrote. Fisher has a red X on his fist, which covers his mouth, but Underwood has a much larger X covering everything below her nose.

Underwood's fall was so severe that it required 40 to 50 stitches on her face, and in January, the singer told told her fans that she’s “not quite looking the same” since her medical treatment. (Still, a fan who shared a photo with her said she “looked amazing.”) She also had to get ametal plate and screws placed in her wrist.

Since then, Underwood has kept her face covered while posting on social media, whether she's exercising with her family
