This cafe in Singapore serves 'bandung' in an ice cream cone
Many of us are big fans of the milky rose-flavoured drink that is usually served chilled in a tall mug. But what about a hot frothy serving of bandung in a chocolate-coated waffle ice cream cone?
The Coffee Academics introduced the Bandung Babycino in a Cone on Thursday (26 October) at S$8.90 each. The beverage is also suitable for kids since it does not contain caffeine.
The cafe is also behind the popular Coffee in a Cone concept, which can only be found at The Coffee Academics in Singapore. The Instagram-worthy beverage involves coating the ice cream cone with four different chocolate compounds that are hardened by varying percentages of cacao content to prevent leakage.
The Coffee Academics has two outlets, located at Scotts Square and Raffles City shopping centre respectively.
