BTS, SHINee, CNBLUE and more coming to Singapore in August for ‘Music Bank’

Popular Korean music show “Music Bank” will be having its first concert in Singapore on 4 August, with actor Park Bo-gum and Red Velvet’s Irene returning as hosts.

This will be the music show’s first global tour since 2015, and so far, only Singapore and Indonesia have been confirmed as destinations, broadcaster KBS said on Friday (28 April).

The show will take place at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Center.

Slated to perform in Singapore are popular K-pop groups BTS, SHINee, CNBLUE, MAMAMOO and Red Velvet. It is not known if there will be more artists who will be added to the list.

According to Yonhap News and KBS, the upcoming concert in Singapore will be broadcast in Korea at the end of August.

Actor Park Bo-gum, who was last in Singapore for his own fan-meeting in February, and Irene will be returning as the emcees of the special one-night-only show after hosting their last “Music Bank” in 2016.
