Brian Chu and Angel Chiang have no awkwardness
9 Nov – Although they used to date each other, Brian Chu and Angel Chiang recently stated that there is no awkwardness at all between them on the set of their new series, "Take Two".
As reported on Mingpao, Brian, who appeared alongside Angel at the promotional event of the said series on 8 November, stated that it has been a while since the two of them ended their relationship and that there was no issue for them playing a couple again in their acting projects.
Angel added, "We broke up and became friends, so there was no avoiding one another. We also have tacit understanding."
Asked if his new girlfriend Stitch Yu is even slightly jealous of them working together, the actor stated, "She shouldn't be. In fact, she knows this because I told her."
On the other hand, when mentioned that it has been a year since he and Stitch saw each other due to the pandemic, Brian said that they still contact one another despite the distance.
"Fortunately, I have been busy working, so the time passes faster. She did return to Hong Kong earlier, but will be returning to Taiwan soon to film dramas," he said.
