Paintrock Canyon Ranch, a brand-new, 80,000-acre ranch, is ready to help you immerse yourself in the natural world.

Travelers can now book stays at the property in the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming, which promises the closest experience to authentic cowboy culture you'll get just about anywhere. This includes a shot at fly fishing, hiking, and horseback riding across the verdant landscape.

"The goal is for guests at the Paintrock Canyon Ranch to leave with a deep understanding of the rich history of the area and the important role that ranching plays in restoring our natural resources while exploring nooks and crannies that only a few people have ever seen," Duke Phillips III, the founder of Ranchlands, shared in a statement provided to Travel + Leisure.

Another goal of the ranch, the company shared, is to allow guests to "be as close to nature as possible" by providing accommodations that keep guests grounded. "Rooms" here are actually just large, safari-style tents. But don't worry: each is still filled with plenty of luxury, including full-sized beds and furnishings like dressers and plush chairs for when you need a rest.

All the tents are nestled within the valley, surrounded by towering mountains, providing a true feeling of escape. And all the meals here are prepared by an in-house private chef, and use Ranchlands beef alongside locally sourced produce and dairy when possible.

"Days will be spent visiting surrounding lakes, hiking, and riding miles of trails, and riding out to the Ranchlands cow camp to spend the day with the ranch team," Phillips said. "Evenings will be spent around the fire with new friends under a carpet of stars."

Guests can choose between five- and seven-night stays, which begin at $3,950 per person and include all meals, lodging, and activities. The five-night stays include four days of riding, while the seven-night Pack Trips include a ride into the backcountry of the Bighorn National Forest, where guests can experience a mountain camp. However, this, too, is just a touch more extravagant than the real thing, as it includes a hot shower and meals by your private chef. But still, we'll count it as rugged.
