Bong Revilla to make comeback with "Agimat ng Agila"
20 Dec – Aside from Marian Rivera, another Kapuso is set to make his acting comeback with a new series in 2020.
As reported on Rappler, Senator Bong Revilla, who has been away from showbiz since his last drama, "Indio" in 2013, will be playing the lead in the new GMA series, "Agimat ng Agila".
It is revealed that Revilla will be playing the role of a forest ranger in the series.
Despite his involvement in the project, Revilla, who won the senate elections back in May, assured recently that he will still fulfil his obligations and responsibilities in the Senate.
Aside from "Agimat ng Agila", GMA's 2020 line-up also include the remake of Korean series, "Descendants of the Sun", the remake of the 1984 movie, "Anak ni Waray vs Anak ni Biday", the Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez-starrer, "Love of My Life", as well as Marian Rivera comeback vehicle, "First Yaya".
