9 Feb – Hong Kong actor Bobby Au Yeung recently stated that he will express support for fellow colleague Moses Chan if it's true that the latter is leaving TVB for a career in mainland China.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who spoke to the media at a promotional event recently, stated that it would be good for any actor to gain experience outside of the company, especially at Moses' age.
"You won't feel at peace unless you know what's out there. We are all naturally curious," he said.
When asked if Moses had come to him for advice, Bobby stated that he is not the best person to go to as he doesn't have enough experience of working outside TVB either.
"I also tried it for ten months, filming movies and television. They pay you three times the amount that TVB gives you. But why did I come back? Because of the people here," he said.
He added that he feels more familiar with the cast and crew in TVB than anywhere else, and that itself is priceless.
"But if Moses needs any advice, I won't have a qualm giving it to him. But I honestly don't think anybody would be able to bully him," he said.
