Bob Saget Sent Lori Loughlin a Sweet Text Before Her Prison Sentence

From Cosmopolitan

  • Bob Saget sent former 'Full House' costar Lori Loughlin a sweet text before her prison sentence.

  • Lori was recently sentenced to two months in a federal prison.

What ever happened to ~predictability~? Isn't that how the Full House theme song goes? Then there's something about milk and the morning paper or something? Idk. The point is that no one could have seen Lori Loughlin doing cold hard time coming (okay, maybe not that hard bc #celebrityperks). But, what we could have predicted is that her former costar Bob Saget would remain loyal no matter what.

Bob told Page Six that he sent Lori a text during the trying time. “I love you and thinking of you, that’s all," the text read. "And you know when it gets down to it, there’s so much going on and so many people have gone through so much and you know," he said, adding,
"if you love somebody then you have to make that, decision and [ask yourself] is this something that causes me not to love a person and I love her. She’s a sweetheart.”

Lori was sentenced to two months in federal prison in August for her participation in a college admissions scandal which also included Felicity Huffman. She's also required to pay a $150,000 fine and complete 250 hours of community service. A judge also accepted Lori’s husband Mossimo Giannulli’s plea deal, which means he will serve five months in prison and pay a $250,000 fine for his involvement in the college admissions scandal.

Lori and Mossimo were reportedly hoping to avoid any jail time, but they were facing a potential 50-year sentence people speculated about in October. Sadly, their daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella, are not taking the news of their parents sentencing well.

“Olivia and Bella have been rattled by the proceedings,” an Us Weekly source said. “They have been focusing more on family and not seeing friends as much. Both girls have been spending more time at home with their parents as of late.”

“Lori and Moss don’t want to serve their prison sentences at the same time. Among the reasons, even though their daughters are adults, Lori wants one parent to be free to provide emotional support to the girls,” a separate source told Us back in May. “Lori’s concern all along has been Isabella and Olivia Jade.”
