'Blue Bloods' Fans Get Emotional After Seeing Donnie Wahlberg's Birthday Tribute to Marisa Ramirez
Donnie Wahlberg is a sentimental guy! The Blue Bloods star took to Instagram to celebrate his onscreen partner, Marisa Ramirez, and he certainly pulled out all the stops.
Donnie has starred on the show as Danny Reagan since it premiered in 2010 (season 12 begins on October 1!), and Marisa joined as Maria Baez in season 3. In honor of Marisa's birthday on September 15, Donnie posted a video compilation of some of his favorite Danny and Baez clips from their 9 1/2 years as costars.
The footage shows some on-screen moments, as well as behind-the-scenes glimpses and bloopers. It's clear from the video that the duo has a blast working together. Donnie calls Marisa "incredible, trustworthy and absolutely hilarious" and even hopes that the two share the screen for another 10 seasons (could we be so lucky?).

Marisa responded to Donnie (who originally said her birthday fell on a Thursday but later edited it to Wednesday), "But it's Wednesday! 🤣 I love this so much. So much gratitude for my partner in solving crime! You bring so much laughter and light into my world MAN! Thank you for being you."
Of course, fans were happy to chime in with their well wishes. One wrote, "Happy birthday Marisa!! You and Donny make the best partners. For the record, we'd gladly watch Gray Bloods or Bald Bloods ... or anything else these two star in!
