Warner Bros. has announced a pop up roller disco, inspired by new DC Comics movie Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), is opening in London next week ahead of the film’s launch on 7 February.
The fantabulous free event, inspired by the Margot Robbie movie, will open its doors to the public for three days from Tuesday 28 January to Thursday 30 January, transforming the brick archways of the atmospheric Steel Yard in the City of London into the colour-pop world of DC’s girl gang of antiheroes.
The centrepiece of the event will be a Roller Disco: a feast of neon and day-glo, where guests can skate to a soundtrack inspired by the film. The cast of the film announced the event in a video below, inviting guests to “join the mayhem”.
The immersive experience lasts for about an hour and will be completely free, but tickets will need to be booked in advance. You must be 18 or over to take part.
The film sees Margot Robbie reprising her Suicide Squad character Harley Quinn, who teams up with a new gang of female villains to take on Gotham’s most nefariously narcissistic villain, Roman Sionis (Ewan McGregor), and his zealous right-hand, Victor Zsasz (Chris Messina).

Harley Quinn’s Roller Disco opens its doors to the public on Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th at Allhallows Lane, London EC4R 3UE.
