  • Billie Eilish just announced that she's releasing new music this month.

  • Billie shared the exciting news in an Instagram post on July 24.

It's the month of new music, y'all! First Taylor Swift and now Billie Eilish. Billie announced on July 24 that her song, "My Future" comes out Thursday, July 30. Fans were undoubtedly disappointed when she had to postpone her Where Do We Go? World Tour to 2021. Her first album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, was released last year and was met with both critical acclaim and commercial success.

At the 2020 Grammy Awards, she took home the most trophies with five (!!!) wins. That was in January, and a short six months later she's already coming out with more music. Color us impressed.

But, it doesn't end there. Billie revealed earlier this year that she's already working on her sophomore album. When asked if it would be released in 2020, she said, "This year, no, but I will be making it this year. But next few years? It's coming. When it's made. It's not made yet."

This exciting news comes after Billie had a scary experience with a fan. She reportedly had to take out a permanent restraining order against a fan who is allegedly obsessed with her. The singer is getting a "long-term court-ordered protection" against the fan, who wouldn’t stop showing up uninvited at her house, TMZ reports.

The good news is that Billie should be much safer now that the restraining order is in place. And she seems to be feeling more secure since's releasing new music. Now, all we have to do is wait and see what kind of magic she has in store for us.
