BIGBANG's Taeyang to marry actress Min Hyo-rin in February 2018 before enlistment
Congratulations are in order for BIGBANG’s Taeyang, who will be getting married to his long-time girlfriend, actress Min Hyo-rin, in February 2018.
The 29-year-old singer, whose real name is Dong Young-bae, is due to serve his mandatory military service in South Korea soon.
According to Korean entertainment site 10asia, Taeyang’s management company, YG Entertainment, confirmed on Monday (18 December) that the couple will be tying the knot next year before he enlists in the military.
Taeyang met Min in 2014 on the filming set of his music video, “1AM”, and went public with their relationship in 2015.
His hit song, “Eyes, Nose, Lips”, was inspired by Min, and he has also previously described her as his muse that gives him inspiration to write songs. The BIGBANG star was in Singapore end October for a solo concert as part of his “White Night” tour.
