Bianca Umali excited about "Legal Wives"
8 Jan – Bianca Umali is elated to be playing one of the leading ladies in the new GMA series, "Legal Wives".
As reported on GMA News, the actress, who plays the role of Farrah, a young woman who becomes the third wife of a Muslim Maranao royalty (played by Dennis Trillo) stated that it was a blessing to be able to work with the actor. Dennis's character, Ishmael, gets married to three beautiful women - played by Alice Dixson, Andrea Torres and Bianca Umali.
"The role seems to be very good, and the project as well. To be working with Dennis is also a blessing for me. I am excited to have this experience," she said.
Asked what she has been doing to prepare herself for the character, Umali said that she has been researching on the culture that they were representing to fully understand her character Farrah.
"This is a new chapter, and I want to show the public my skills as an actress," she added.
The new series also stars Cherie Gil, Shayne Sava, Irma Adlawan, Bernard Palanca, and Maricar de Mesa.
