Leave it to Beyoncé to turn an ad for her athleisure line Ivy Park into a bona fide work of art.
In a video released Thursday, the Queen Bee shows off her new fall 2016 collection while dropping major life advice guaranteed to make you want to go extra hard at the gym. In a soothing but powerful voice reminiscent of the Warsan Shire poetry interludes on Lemonade, the Queen Bee explains what inspires her to push herself every day, and it's all kinds of beautiful. Just try not to sob when Beyoncé says, "I know what my body is capable of, I've seen it perform miracles," before it flashes to a shot of her holding baby Blue Ivy.
