Bernice Liu learns a lot from Sheren Tang
9 May – Hong Kong actress Bernice Liu recently admitted that she has enjoyed her time working with Sheren Tang for the first time in the ViuTV drama, "Till Death Do Us Part".
As reported on Mingpao Weekly, the actress, who has never worked with the "War and Beauty" star back when they were both still with TVB, shared that she admires Sheren's professionalism and dedication to her role.
Although the two play the role of sisters in the series, Bernice said that the two characters do not know each other very well.
"In order to show that these two people are estranged, hours before filming, Sheren would distance herself from me, so that we wouldn't feel friendly with each other. It really did help with the scene," she said.
Bernice admitted that she learned how to approach her role in a new way from Sheren, and that the actress has really been such a good role model for her.
In "Till Death Do Us Part", Bernice plays Sheren's younger sister, who - upon returning to Hong Kong - continued to have a complicated relationship with her brother-in-law (played by Sunny Chan).
