Ben Affleck and Matt Damon reunite on film 20 years later for revenge thriller

Award-winning actor-cum-screenwriter duo Ben Affleck and Matt Damon have proven in the past that they can create magic together. Now they’re teaming up once again for the revenge thriller The Last Duel, set in 14th century France, with Ridley Scott as director. The pair, who first burst onto the scene with Good Will Hunting in 1997, winning an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay in the process, is almost done writing the script for The Last Duel alongside Nicole Holofcener.

Austin Butler channels Elvis during ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” premiere

Former Nickelodeon actor Austin Butler is “honoured to play Elvis” in Once Upon A Time in Hollywood, he said as he channelled the King on the red carpet of the movie premiere. The biopic is directed by Baz Luhrmann who said that the 27-year-old embodies “the spirit of one of the world’s most iconic musical figures”, in movement, vocal qualities and inner vulnerability.

Based on a true story, the movie A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood will center around the blossoming relationship between children’s television host Fred Rodgers and award-winning journalist Tom Junod, who was tasked with writing a magazine profile on the former. Tom Hanks stars as Mister Rogers, with Matthew Rhys taking up the role of Tom Junod. The heartwarming movie is expected to premiere later this year.
