Bea Alonzo: Pain is inevitable in love

16 May – Bea Alonzo recently assured that everything is fine between her and Gerald Anderson, after the rough patch they encountered earlier this year.

As reported on Inquirer, the actress, who appeared on the ABS-CBN talk show, "Tonight with Boy Abunda", admitted that they had an issue earlier as rumoured, but that they are now on the mend.

Said Alonzo, "It becomes a choice. The most important thing is how much you can stay committed to the choices you've made. I think that [when it comes to love], pain is inevitable."

"The moment you choose to fall in love, you choose to experience pain. And I think it all boils down to who you want to experience all of that for," she added.

Rumours of rift between Alonzo and Anderson sparked earlier this year, when the actress decided not only to stop following the actor on Instagram, but unfollowed his co-star, Pia Wurtzbach as well.

On the other hand, the two stars recently shared photos of their trip to the crater of Mt. Pinatubo.

Anderson wrote, "Humble enough to know that I'm not better than anybody, wise enough to know I am different from the rest."
