Fendi and K-Way have collaborated on a collection that will blow your mind.

The Italian luxury label and French outerwear brand have joined forces on a capsule line of windbreakers—a topper that I, for some reason or another, never really considered. And now that I spend my days at home, wearing my black tights and chord sweaters to exhaustion, nylon jackets made for withstanding wind gusts shouldn’t really fall into my register. But here I am, ogling a collection that almost beckons me to creep out from my cave and venture outdoors to show it off—at a distance from my neighbors.

Yes, I wear clothes to attract attention and more than welcome compliments. I’ve never had any qualms about dressing to impress (I do work in fashion, after all). And if you subscribe to the same attitude, these windbreakers will—in the best sense—turn heads.

The range of waterproof, foldable windbreakers includes matte black, dark blue, and gold options. Each features a hood, a double-slider zip fastening, and stretch inserts at the cuffs and hems, plus each one is completely reversible; the black tone-on-tone nylon lining is cast in Fendi’s iconic FF motif. But the real stunner in the collection is the mink-fur version that, too, is covered in the FF logo. It shares the same details as the others, aside from its all-black lining.

Should anyone (ahem, fam) reading this feel extra generous this holiday season, know that the gold windbreaker ranks second on the wish list. A cookware set by Le Creuset is tops, because COVID times.
