Lavender oil, which is a main ingredient used in "Sleep," can help decrease your heart rate and blood pressure, according to the National Sleep Foundation. The soothing scent can also help to reduce stress and wakefulness, according to a study in the journal of Evidence-Based and Alternative Medicine.
