Just days after Westlife said that they’re holding a concert in Singapore in August, another boy band sensation of the ’90s has announced their return to our sunny shores for a show.

The Backstreet Boys will be performing at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 30 October 2019 (it’s a mid-week date on Wednesday, by the way.). The concert is the last stop on the Asian leg of their DNA World Tour, which will also bring them to Japan, Macau, Taipei, Bangkok, Jakarta and Manila.

Tickets will go on sale via the Sportshubtix hotline and website on 1 April from 12pm onwards, said concert promoter Live Nation. Ticket prices range from $168 to $298; limited VIP packages are available at $398.

Members of the Back Street Boys fan club will be able to purchase tickets ahead of the rest of the public from 10am on 28 March till 29 March via Sportshubtix.

Check the Backstreet Boys website www.backstreetboys.com for details on Meet & Greet packages.

The pop group debuted in 1996 and have since serenaded us with hit songs including Quit Playing Games With My Heart, I Want It That Way, Everybody (Backstreet’s Back), Incomplete, Shape Of My Heart, and Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely.

The Backstreet Boys – comprising Brian Littrell, AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter and Kevin Richardson – last performed in Singapore at the National Stadium in 2017.
