Baby Bo signs a one-year contract with TVB
20 May – Hong Kong singer-actress Baby Bo (also known as Bo Pui Yue) recently revealed that she has signed a contract with TVB.
As reported on Mingpao, the former ATV actress, who spoke to the media about the collaboration at a restaurant launch, shared that she decided to sign a one-year contract for now so as to not get ahead of herself.
"I know that there are many rules to follow when you become a TVB artiste. I worry that it could affect my new album or opportunities to make movies or work outside of TVB," she said.
Bo said that for now, she will try to adapt to the current style of television operation.
The actress also revealed that she is set to film her drama, "Cow Soprano", co-starring Owen Cheung, Hugo Ng, and Ram Chiang in June.
"I am mentally-prepared," she added.
