'Avengers: Endgame': 7-year-old who played Tony Stark's daughter is being 'bullied'

The seven-year-old actor who played Tony Stark’s daughter in Avengers: Endgame is reportedly being bullied.

Lexi Rabe posted a video plea to her Instagram account, which is run by her parents, explaining the situation.

“I mess up sometimes, so my mum and dad give me tonnes of talking tos and time outs. Believe me,” Rabe says.

‘If I go anywhere and acting a little silly or messed up or anything like that, I’m just seven years old. Please don’t bully my family. Or me. Bye, love you 3000.”

In the accompanying post, her mother Jessica wrote, “I hate that we even have to post this but yet again Lexi’s getting bullied.

“And this kind of thing makes it celebrities never want to leave the house never want to meet people,” she said. “Please keep your opinions to yourself so Lexi can grow up in the free world. She’s a normal human being and she’s a child. We give her a talking and we give her timeouts but we don’t do that in public.

The comment seems to suggest that Lexi may well have acted out in public and bystanders and criticised the way her parents handled the situation.

“These perfect children are not being given the freedoms and the rights that they should,” Jessica wrote. “If your child is so scared to be themselves in public and mess up a little then you’re over parenting.

“So if you see us in public and think you have the right to judge. Wait. Number one until you have children of your own, and Number two realize that we’re not perfect and we’re not claiming to be!

“My children love me and respect me even if they act out sometimes,” she said.

Lexi played Morgan Stark in the latest Avengers film, who is the daughter of Tony Stark/Iron Man and Pepper Potts, played by Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow, respectively.

In one scene, Morgan tells her dad that she loves him “3000,” a line Tony uses in an emotional moment later in the film and has since become a favourite quote from the movie.

Rabe also appeared as a young Madison Russell in Godzilla: King of the Monsters and is currently filming Silk Road with Cole Sprouse, Alexandra Shipp and Jimmi Simpson.
