Asian TV Awards to be held in Pasay City next year

26 Dec – It was reported that the Asian Television Awards will be holding its 24th edition in the Philippines next year.

As reported on ABS-CBN, the organiser of the 24th Asian TV Awards recently shared that the event will be held at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre in Pasay City from 10 to 12 January 2020, with some 300 delegates expected to attend the three-day event.

The event will be hosted by Filipino actor Mark Neumann and journalist Cathy Yang - the latter also nominated at the upcoming event in the Best News Presenter category for "Market Edge".

The two will be accompanied by Singapore media personality Wallace Ang and Thai actress Ase Wang.

The organiser also announced the artistes who will be performing at the closing ceremony, which include Filipino singers Morissette Amon, Martin Nievera, and Gab Valenciano, as well as "Asia's Got Talent" Indonesian judge Anggun.
