Ariana Grande Fuels Rumors of an *NSYNC Collab at Coachella

The singer has been sharing posts of herself singing along to the boy band's songs.

Does Ariana Grande have something major up her sleeve?

The “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored” singer has been posting videos of her singing along to *NSYNC songs in recent days, fueling rumors that the boy band could possibly join her onstage during her Sunday night headlining show at Coachella.

On Thursday, Grande, 25 shared an old video of herself and her mom, Joan Grande, at an *NSYNC concert. The five guys are all singing “I Drive Myself Crazy” during the 'NSYNC 'N Concert pay-per-view show, which was filmed during the group's performance at the National Car Rental Center in Sunrise, Florida, in July 1999. Hilariously, the clip shows a young Ari and her mom in the crowd.

In her second post, Grande sings along to the boy band’s song “Tearin' Up My Heart” and even does a little dance routine.

“The best medicine 90s baby 🎧📹,” she captioned the clip. Her mom also left a comment, writing, “The greatest song.... how many times did we see them perform oh my god... love then.”

On Friday, however, TMZ reported that *NSYNC, minus Justin Timberlake, could be joining Grande for her Sunday night set at Coachella. The outlet says that Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick and JC Chasez are planning something with the singer, but they do not know if they will be singing, dancing or doing both. Fans will have to wait and see if the rumors are true -- though easy money says the guys might turn up for Ari's performance of "Break Up With Your Girlfriend," which samples the classic *NSYNC track "It Makes Me Ill."

Coachella 2019 kicked off Friday with a slew of artists making their way to the desert for a weekend of fun in the sun. Childish Gambino is headlining the first night and has already unveiled his Guava Island movie starring himself and Rihanna.
