Anthony Wong sparks emigration rumours again
4 Sep – Anthony Wong sparks rumours of emigration yet again after writing an ambiguous post on social media about leaving his place of residence after 20 years.
As reported on Epoch Times, the highly opinionated Hong Kong actor tweeted a short message, which read, "Good day today. I left the place where I have lived for 20 years and started a new life."
When a netizen asked if he is immigrating to Taiwan as he previously wished, Anthony responded, "In preparation".
It was back in May that the actor expressed his love for Taiwan, after he was invited to stay for more than a month to film his first Taiwanese drama.
In a recent interview with the Hong Kong media, Anthony stated that he would not think twice about moving to Taiwan if he is certain that he could make a living there.
