Anne Hathaway looked glamorous in a green and silver gown at the Albie Awards on Thursday (28 September).

Dressed to the nines, Anne graced the red carpet in the low-cut Versace dress, which featured a trendy 70s style pattern and delicate green lace.

Designed in a stunning slip style, the gown offered a flattering silhouette to the star's figure and showed off the actress' long legs.

To finish off her retro look, Anne elevated her dress by opting for matching silver accessories, such as a metallic silver shoulder bag, chrome-pointed toe heels with bows and minimal silver jewellery.

Although the real star of the show was her gorgeous beehive hairstyle. The perfect finishing touch, the Devil wears Prada star looked the epitome of a 70s fashion icon.

Attending on behalf of close friends' George and Amal Clooney's foundation: Clooney Foundation For Justice, the Albie Awards is an event named after Justice Albie Sachs, a former judge who worked to end apartheid in South Africa.

The awards evening is designed to honour and shine a light on defenders of justice across the world.

Another famous face seen on the red carpet was Viola Davis, who looked glorious in an off-shoulder lilac gown.

The 58 year old actress' dress featured a host of gorgeous detailing, including an asymmetric bardot finish, along with flattering ruching at the hips and a glittery embellishment.

To accessorise her glam look, Viola paired her gown with some statement silver earrings and a matching chunky silver bangle.
