In 2014, Angelina Jolie wore an Elie Saab Couture gown to the Academy Awards. On Monday evening, the dress was back on the red carpet, shimmering on Jolie's 16-year-old daughter, Zahara Jolie-Pitt.

The actress arrived on the red carpet for the screening of her upcoming Marvel film, Eternals, with her children Zahara, Maddox, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt. Styled by Jason Bolden, Jolie wore a strapless tan Balmain RE22 dress paired with vintage Tiffany & Co. jewelry, and her kids all wore coordinating vintage pieces.

My kids are all mixed with vintage, and in my old Oscars dress,” Jolie told Entertainment Tonight on the carpet. “We did all vintage and upcycled my old stuff.” For Vivienne and Shiloh, this meant midi dresses, while Maddox and Knox looked dapper in vintage all-black suits.

Both on and off the carpet, Jolie has frequently opted for simple neutrals. During a visit in Paris over the summer, she paired a simple white tee with tan Chloé linen trousers, and back in July, went for a sleek all-black ensemble featuring a knit sweater and skinny jeans for a shopping trip in Los Angeles with Zahara.

In Eternals, which set to release November 5, Jolie stars as Thena, whom she described as a "warrior." Back in 2019, the actress told People that she was encouraged to step into her power for the role. "What's really moving to me is that they want to see me strong," Jolie told the outlet, "and so it's less to see me in a film, but they're just happy I will be strong and having fun."

She added, "I'm going to have to work very hard to give the Marvel Cinematic Universe the Thena they deserve."
