Andy Lau's 2017 movie finally ready for release

24 Mar – Andy Lau's previously postponed project, "Find Your Voice" is finally ready for its official release.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who appeared at the press conference of the said movie Hong Kong FILMART recently, shared that he is happy that the movie will finally be shown, two years after it was filmed.

"Two years ago, after the film wrapped up, I had an accident. At the time, we haven't started the post-production process. I didn't want to be a producer only in name, so we only started the process after I was released from the hospital," he said.

He added that it was because of that that the movie's release date had to be postponed to 2019.

Andy sustained injuries to his spine from a horse-riding accident back in January 2017, and ended up spending the first half of the year in rehabilitation.

Speaking about his role in the movie, Andy stated that he plays a music conductor - a fitting role since he felt like a conductor in real life leading a lot of newcomers in the movie.

The movie stars young actors like Ng Wing Sze, Ashley Lam, Wong Chi Hin, Rachel Lee, and Hugo Goh.
