Andy Hui: Sammi Cheng is doing fine now
24 Oct - Hong Kong singer-actor Andy Hui has recently shared that wife Sammi Cheng is currently doing okay and assured fans that he is taking good care of her.
As reported on Mingpao News, the actor, who attended the premiere of his new movie "Nessun Dorma", stated that Sammi is currently doing much better now that her concert has concluded.
Previously, the singer went off-key and couldn't maintain her voice as she performed in front of thousands of fans, a situation that was caused by throat infection and sickness.
However, the determined star promised her fans that she would continue giving them her very best performance before taking a break to recuperate from her condition.
When asked about her recently, Andy said that the singer needs more rest, although Sammi herself has been acting restless for not having anything to do at home.
"I even had to tell her to be quiet when watching TV. I know she couldn't wait to return to the stage again, but she didn't need to talk too much," he added, jokingly.
