Andrea Brillantes is no "Marga" in real life
5 Dec – Young actress Andrea Brillantes wants you to know that she shares no similarity at all with her character in the new drama, "Kadenang Ginto".
As reported on Inquirer, the actress, who spoke about her role as the spoiled Marga, shared that she couldn't be more different than her character, whom she described as rich and whiny.
"She's rich, spoiled, always shopping, always the bully at school. We're such a contrast to each other," she said.
However, Brillantes stated that she enjoyed playing the role, which she believes gets easier when it's challenging.
"When the character is plain, it's harder for me, because then you have to think of ways to make it interesting," she said.
On the other hand, when asked her thoughts about being compared to Liza Soberano in terms of looks, Brillantes said that she is not as pretty as the "Darna" actress.
"I don't see it. It's too different. To those who think so, thank you. But of course, she is a goddess compared to me," she said.
