Andrea Torres has no idea about sitcom with JLC
2 Jun – Amid rumours of an upcoming GMA-7 sitcom with John Lloyd Cruz, Andrea Torres recently admitted that she has not been told about it.
As reported on PEP, the actress, who was rumoured to be John Lloyd's co-star in the supposed sitcom to be helmed by Willie Revillame, shared as much with the media recently while still in her lock-in taping for the drama, "Legal Wives".
"I just found out. My manager hasn't told me officially yet," she said. "But if ever, it would be a great honour. He is a brilliant actor and I am a fan."
Andrea also added that she would certainly enjoy working on the said project and thank Willie Revillame for considering her.
Rumours of John Lloyd joining a GMA sitcom sparked earlier this week, following the announcement that the actor is now part of Maja Salvador's company, Crown Artist Management.
If the rumours are true, it would be an interesting pairing, what with Andrea having previously dated Derek Ramsay, who is now engaged to John Lloyd's former partner, Ellen Adarna.
