On Thursday, Amazon sent out the first invitations to its fall hardware event scheduled for September 25.
With the official start to autumn just a few weeks away, fall tech hardware events, too, are just around the corner. Amazon has begun sending out invitations for its next hardware event, and while the company has not yet disclosed what we can expect to see announced, the slew of Alexa-powered equipment launched at last year's fall event suggests that even more devices will be getting the company's dedicated voice assistant.
In September of 2018, Amazon announced updated versions of the Echo Dot, Plus, and Show. In terms of new products, the company introduced Echo Auto, Echo Input, the Echo Sub, an Amazon Smart Plug, and even a smart microwave. Among these Amazon-brand products, the company also revealed new devices created with its partners and collaborators like the Ring Stick Up Cam.
Certainly, updated Echo products will be making an appearance and possibly some brand-new Alexa supporting smart home devices -- maybe even some more intelligent kitchen appliances. In any case, all the reveals are just a few weeks away on September 25.
