Amanda Holden was swamped with praise when she wore an aqua Edeline Lee dress for the Britain’s Got Talent auditions.

The BGT judge donned the designer label’s Hera Ruff dress as she filmed the first stages of the new series of the ITV talent show in Manchester, which is set to air in April this year.

Amanda showed off her trendy ensemble on her Instagram account, which saw her stretch out on a chaise longue.

Within just minutes of posting the image Amanda racked up over 6,000 likes, and a slew of complements.

One follower commented: “Love this dress”, while another added: “OMG I love your dress - so pretty - where’s it from please!!!??”

Amanda looked as glamorous as ever in the vibrant dress, which she paired with a pair of Jimmy Choo Love 100 white heels, and gold coloured Fendi sunglasses that cost £279.

The Edeline Lee Hera Ruff dress features ruffled high neck detail, short sleeves, side pocket detail.

The hand-crafted knee-length design also boasts an elasticated waist band, which can be cinched in for the wearer’s comfort and style preference.

The Edeline Lee dress is available in the aqua shade, as well as other colour-ways, including black, burnt orange, teal and a light blue.

The design costs £690, and is the perfect dress for a wedding guest, or even for the mother of the bride to wear at a marital ceremony.

The Hera Ruff dress is also available in a blouse design, as well as a long maxi dress too, so shoppers are spoilt for choic.

Amanda, 48, is often praised for her sartorial taste, and the star has admitted she dresses to feel confident.

Speaking previously to the Daily Mail, she said: “I dress to feel confident.

“Times have changed and I don’t feel anyone should feel pressure to dress for your age. It’s all about body positivity and feeling good.”
