15 Sep – Veteran singer Aman Shah has recently passed away.
The news was recently confirmed by the assistant to the singer's brother Amirudin Mokhtar, stating that Aman had breathed his last on 14 September at 2.20pm due to heart complications.
"Aman was in hospital a few days ago to undergo an operation that was scheduled earlier," he said. "I understand that the surgery that took place yesterday went well, but then there were complications with his heart."
Aman was hospitalised in Melaka last October due to a similar issue.
Born in 1954, Aman made his debut in 1979 and was famous for his song, "Adikku Pandai Menari", as well as the Eid song, "Kepulangan Yang Dinanti".
He was 68.
