Alyssa Chia responds to being called disrespectful
15 Oct – Taiwanese actress Alyssa Chia recently addressed Taiwanese producer Chou Yo's (known to many as Agu) recent statement about her being disrespectful for not attending Chou's wedding anniversary.
As reported on TVBS, the issue sparked recently, when Chou invited the cast members of the 2001 drama, "Feilong Zaitian" to attend her event on 8 October.
This include main stars Eric Huang, Angel Han, as well as Alyssa herself - whose career has been on the rise since starring in the drama.
However, Chou stated that she only received a feedback from Alyssa's manager telling her that the actress couldn't come due to a prior arrangement. An enraged Chou stated that the actress was being disrespectful towards her and is lacking in manners.
Speaking to the media about Chou's statement recently, Alyssa said that she will not let say anything against Chou, and that she will respect the producer as her senior.
Alyssa also revealed that she has already told Chou personally that she may not be able to attend due to her conflicting schedule.
"She is our best senior. As her junior, I will accept whatever my senior says," she said, adding that she has already sent Chou her blessings.
