Alice Chan won't reshoot a lot of "Forensic Heroes IV" scenes

10 May – Although her new drama "Forensic Heroes IV" will be doing some reshoots next month, Alice Chan is one of the luckier ones who didn't have a lot of scenes that needed to be redone.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who spoke to the media at the production ceremony for new movie, "Fairy Tale of Marriage", shared that she didn't have too many scenes with Jacqueline Wong in the first place, and will not be heavily involved in the process.

It is noted that the reshoot had to be done in order to remove Jacqueline from the drama - a decision made by TVB following the backlash against her cheating scandal with singer Andy Hui.

Asked if she thinks the reshoots would waste a lot of efforts made by the actors, Alice responded, "Everybody just wants what is best for the show. If the series gets shelved, it would be a pity. A reshoot is the best option."

However, the actress stated that she has no idea whether the reshoot will cause changes to the story.

"I don't know who would be replacing Jacqueline either," she added.
